Having had absolutely nothing to do on this painfully boring train ride to nowhere, aside from toying with the bizarre gift she'd gotten for Christmas, Blackarachnia was left with plenty of time to think. One thing that interested her, though she wasn't at all bothered by the realization, was that she'd never managed to meet her roommate. One must've always been gone while the other was in the room. To clear up this problem (or simply because she could think of nothing better to do, because it wasn't a problem) she decided to simply not go out until this Ran person returned.

In truth, she'd never actually gone shopping before. It just wouldn't make sense for a soldier on a primitive Earth. But having studied a lot of history, Blackarachnia knew a bit of what humans were like, and at least had an idea about the concept. It was kind of like bargaining.

Botan had said she wanted clothes, but there didn't seem to be many clothes stores here, unfortunately. Her partner just had to choose something difficult. Finally, she came across Quipaos R Us. It would have to do, she decided. And as for what to buy, she picked the most nauseatingly pink and girly dress she could find. Perfect. Something she'd never be caught dead in would do well.

Blackarachnia approached the room that was assigned to her. Carefully studying the room with her eight eyes, she judged it from the outside.

Clean, she thought to herself, but it could certainly use to be darkened up a bit. There was another bed, but that kid hadn't said anything about a roommate. At least the privacy would be useful.

Still, she wasn't ready to get comfortable.She'd have to figure out how she ended up here, and how to return. Fortunately, sneaking around and spying were her specialties.

Converting to Beast Mode, she crawled up on the ceiling of the hallway, deciding to see if she could overhear anything.
